Lucy Idol Center Mission Statement

The Lucy Idol Center for the Handicapped INC. under the supervision and approval of the Advisory Board of Directors provides services designed for each client through a comprehensive program consisting of diagnostic assessment, adjunctive therapy, and transportation for adults with multiple disabilities.

"It is our goal to help prepare disabled individuals to function as independently as possible in social, personal and developmental aspects of their lives, as all people are capable of personal growth and development regardless of any existing disabling condition."

The Lucy Idol Center is committed to ensuring that excellence in services remains a hallmark. The Center will foster a program of intellectual, social and cultural relationships whereby clients and staff are active partners in meaningful learning and daily living with a commitment to services that are provided year round.
